Science Reflection My favorite science piece The chapter I enjoyed the most was plants. I liked this chapter because I enjoy learning about different types of plants. Like the vascular and non-vascular plants. Also I like learning the difference between plants. For example, vascular and non-vascular plants are different because vascular plants have tubes to carry the nutrients while non-vascular plants have no tubes. Plants aren’t my favorite subject, but this chapter was fun. During this chapter I learned and did a lot of things. For plants we did a web quest. This web quest contained different questions about different plants. For example, one of the questions was what the two main differences between vascular and nonvascular? I also learned the different parts of a leaf. Some different parts are the nucleus, cell wall, and chloroplast. Also I learned that plants have cells that are different than animal cells. How I can apply this knowledge to the world is if I want to become a person who studies plants. Also I can become a florist. I can study the differences between vascular and nonvascular flowers. Also if I go around the world and study the differences of plants and find new species. I would love to thank Mr. Reduzzi for teaching me all of I learned. Without him I wouldn’t know all of the things I know now.
